Women’s morning retreat July 27th, 9:30am-12pm $45 Sometimes, you just don’t have a full day to dedicate to self-care. This morning women’s retreat is a perfect opportunity to connect, release and re-fill. In the height of Summer we’ll look at yogic practices for helping us keep cool, calm and collected. Our time together will include:
A relaxed schedule, with an invitation to do what you need most.
A group circle to set sacred space, witness each other and frame our work for the morning.
An all levels yoga practice in the beautiful setting of The Trees.
An invitation to stay after and walk the paths or labyrinth if you have time.
This is a wonderful opportunity for those who have come to a retreat before to re-connect and reflect. It is also a fantastic way to get a feeling for these women’s retreats in a more bite-sized offering.
I’d never done yoga before taking Olynda’s class, but her approach makes it easy for someone like me to pick up the motions and reasoning behind each of the positions. Her encouragement and down to earth nature made the classes both fun and relaxing, regardless of whether I could do all the poses correctly the first time.
