What are you ready to release? In this morning retreat we’ll create a safe container for our work together, practice yoga and experience deep rest. We’ll gather in this way as the trees are releasing their leaves with a focus on letting go. You are invited to linger after in this beautiful location to enjoy the labyrinth, walk the trails, journal on the couch or simply gaze out the windows.
You can expect:
Time to arrive and settle into this beautiful venue with a cup of tea and light snacks.
A short opening circle to help us come together as a group, focus our intentions and create safe and sacred space for our day.
An introductory talk helping us frame the work for the day.
A 90 – 120 minute all levels yoga class.
Self-care techniques you can take home and put immediately to use!

Olynda is a great instructor!!!! She has a calm, confident and encouraging manner that helped me learn the moves and positions (and I am real beginner and do not have very good balance!) Others in our class were more advanced and she was able to talk to each of us at or own levels. More importantly she helped me understand and embrace yoga philosophy of how the mind-body-spirit are connected — and that is what helped me extend my yoga practice to other parts of my day and life.
