Welcome in the Autumn with a full day of yoga, community, herbal allies, self-discovery and rest surrounded by the beauty of Nature.
What really counts as self-care? When we have so little time and so many messages about what we “should” be doing… how do we know what will truly nourish and sustain us? Throughout the day we’ll be delving into this question – and setting ourselves up for a season of radical, real self-care.
Special Guest Lea Clayton will bring all her green heart magic in the afternoon to help us explore how the medicinal wild plants can support and nourish us! (More about her below!)
You can expect:
Time to arrive and settle into this beautiful venue with a cup of tea and light snacks.
A short opening circle to help us come together as a group, focus our intentions and create safe and sacred space for our day.
An introductory talk helping us frame the work for the day.
A 90 – 120 minute all levels yoga class.
Plenty of time to luxuriously savor our potluck lunch and walk the grounds, rest, journal, pick a goddess card, visit and do whatever you need.
An afternoon of learning about herbal nourishment from our Guest Teacher Lea Clayton.
Breathwork, gentle movement and deep relaxation techniques.
Self-care techniques you can take home and put immediately to use!
Total support to do what feels right and supportive to you – it’s your day!
